We are thought leaders in the areas of talent and performance and are located in the UK, USA and the Middle East.Purpose of the RoleTo provide a professional HR consultancy around Talent Management and take a lead role in new business development.New Business DevelopmentImplementation of Sales & Marketing Plan including:-Representing Pilat Europe at conferences and exhibitionsManagement of own portfolio of Key AccountsDirect business sales and support of others in sales processConsultancyTake a key role in the development of Pilat’s Talent Management offeringsDemonstrate and apply a breadth of knowledge of both HR consulting & management skills including a good understanding of theories / models underpinning HR/MD practicesAbility to apply create HR strategy from business modelsAbility to define client requirements and produce a clear output and process descriptionProvide high level consulting services to clientsBuild effective and mutually beneficial relationships with clients and prospectsAbility to facilitate groups of managers to middle / senior level in workshop or focus group situationsAble to use a range of high level facilitation intervention skillsRun a series of Management Development/learning programmesCandidates will ideallyBe CIPD or equivalent qualifiedHave a proven track record at strategic and operational HR level; or Senior HR ConsultingBe able to demonstrate a proven track record in account development and new business acquisitionHave a relevant degree in business studies or occupational psychology
