Description: Employment Lawyer - BournemouthWe are looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE to join a busy Employment Team based in Bournemouth. You will be expected to provide assistance and guidance on employment related issues, including drafting, advising, representation and negotiation to include:Service agreements Consultants' agreements Claims to the employment tribunalCompromise agreements for departing employees Redundancy Disciplinary action Grievance procedures Unfair dismissal (including constructive unfair dismissal) Post-termination restrictions Discrimination and harassment Wages claims Immigration and work permits This is an opportunity for an employment lawyer to work in a recognised team with the exposure to quality work and excellent prospects for career progression.Employment Lawyer - Bournemouth.
