Description: Excellent opportunity to join major Liverpool Law Firm and work within its busy Personal Injury department dealing with fast track RTA matters..Duties will include undertaking own caseload of approximately 200 files from initial instruction through to settlement/conclusion. Demonstrate a sound understanding of the technical issues involved in dealing with a litigated caseload to include a good working knowledge of the required Court procedures and relevant case law. Good IT skills are also required.Excellent opportunity within one of Liverpools major law firms.
