Description: A global retail bank is currently looking for a senior business manager to come and join their Retail Operations Business Management Team based in Canary Wharf, London. This is a fabulous opportunity to enter a high profile team in the company where there are plenty of opportunities and you can play a key part in a number of key projects and run your own small team. Main responsibilities for the role are: - Management and aggregation of reporting and MI collation from the services, which is then used to inform reports for performance management and execs. - development of suite of metrics to monitor performance across the specific parts of the business to enable discussion at a senor level leading to delivery of tactical and strategic solutions. - Formulating fact based insights to support and present recommendations in order to influence the decisions on business management across retail operations. - Provide cover when required for the Head of Team. You must have a 'can do' attitude, lots of energy and be ambitious.
