Description: Our client based in central Bristol in modern offices is responsible for the development of their Music and Video Software and Services which allows consumers worldwide to satisfy all their music and video download and streaming needs on PCs, the Web and their multimedia computers. This role is in the new Video download area responsible for bespoke work , Movies, Television shows, to devices which will be rolling out to an Alpha audience in October ready for launch early next year. Its an exciting, fast moving environment where youll get exposure to latest prototypes and technology. They require a technically superb candidate for this role perhaps good lead developer that wants to take the step up on cutting edge technologies in an Agile environment and silverlight technology. This is a new team lead by a manager that will enthuse you in an exciting and developing part of the business that is going to grow . You will be working with the Chief Software Architect and is a great opportunity to develope your career and skills.So ideally they are after an experienced senior developer with good architectural experience or an existing SW Architectstrongly proficient in Microsoft web technologies c#/asp.net/sql - silverlight experience is beneficialagile development experienceexperience of large scale web applications experience of content delivery systems is beneficialexperience of DRM technology is beneficialexperience with mobile internet apps is beneficialas well as base salary sarting c mid forties there is an excellent bonus scheme that pays around 15% in two installments each year and other great benefits
