Description: Our client is looking for someone who has IT Helpdesk experience. They require a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual, who will be the first port of call for Helpdesk, 1st, 2nd & 3rd line technical support issues, but working predominantly on Helpdesk/1st line issues. The main responsibilities in this role will be to support and maintain hardware and software in a Microsoft environment troubleshoot Desktop/Application problems, IP LAN/WAN problems. It is essential that you can demonstrate a proven track record dealing with these kinds of deliverables. Experience required is Desktop support, Windows 98/XP, Exchange 2003, Windows 2000/2003 Server (AD, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) along with excellent hardware knowledge of Dell desktops, laptops and peripherals.
