Description: Support Analyst - Guildford, £18k - £28k + Bonus + Benefits. Support Analyst required by my high profile Guildford based client. This challenging role will involve providing email and verbal support and advice to users within the in-house development team of this market-leading Consultancy. This role will include liaising with the helpdesk to maintain service level agreements and advising first line support. You will also have the opportunity to learn programming skills and gain further experience by assisting the development team. To be considered for this role you will possess commercial experience in providing application support to end-users, and be familiar with helpdesk, incident and problem management processes and software. Any previous exposure to Sharepoint technology / workflow tools would be highly advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with a company that offers a structured career path.
