Description: Our client is a dynamic web development company and developer of cutting edge communication applications. Their impressive client list include major uk banks. We are looking for support experience, helpdesk focused with the following skills with Microsoft Technologies NT/ Windows XP, Office and any knowledge of Server technology, SQL Server or Access would be a benefit. The role will be supporting our clients applications on the telephone, initially you will receive excellent product training. Additionally assist the development team to deliver innovative solutions to its clients, based on the gathering of new requirements from clients and communicating these to the development team.
