Description: Our client develop web based applications and complex websites for small and medium companies. As part of ongoing expansion they are creating a new support team and you will be at the forefront of that work - thrown in at the deep end and quickly gaining experience and career progression. This is a varied role, with additional responsibilities based on your strengths - the better you are, the more you will do! The job description includes server support (2k, 03, linux, sql server) and client support (NT/2K/XP, MS Office, MS Access), and even documentation. You MUST have commercial experience in a network support role to be suitable for this position, and as the role involves client contact, as well as writing documentation/support guides/user guides you must have excellent English. Great opportunity to learn lots and progress your career (and salary!) quickly. 16-20k basic.
