IT Service Delivery Manager ( ITIL ) required. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and reputable IT service provider as a Service Delivery Manager / SDM.
Due to continued success we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to assist with continued development. You will have skills in Java, .net content management and ITIL methodologies.
The role will involve service management, SLA implementation and management, and Project Management. This role carries a number of varied responsibilities including Team leadership / management, ensuring all clients are serviced to a high standard, and managing services in excess of £500k p.a .
Other duties include client relationship and performance management along with overall team management skills.
You will have excellent presentation and problem solving skills and ideally be qualified in IT Service Management ( ITIL ).
