Description: HR Officer, Brighton areaFull Time, Permanentsalary up to £26,000This is a great opportunity to work within a highly rewarding environment. This national charity is looking for an HR Officer who has all round generalist experience and knowledge of current employee legislation. Working as part of a team of 10 you will provide a comprehensive HR service to 360 managers and staff. The role will include; Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Absence Management, ER, Advising Mangers & Staff on all HR issues.You will be an effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels. Well developed IT skills are essential and experience of developing and maintaining HR databases would be an advantage. You will ideally be studying towards your CIPD qualification.Some UK travel is required as the organisation has offices around the country.
