Our client, a renowned charity is currently seeking a Principle HR Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and delivering a proactive and high quality HR advisory and support service across the organisation.This is a hands-on, operational role, which will also involve contributing to strategy and policy development. Key Responsibilities; To provide advice, guidance and support to line managers to enable them to manage their staff across a wide range of HR matters, including Employment Law; Employee Relations; Recruitment & Selection; Training and Pensions, ensuring there is a fair and consistent application of approach across the organisationReview and measure the added value of current HR systems and practices to the organisation and ensure standards of best practice are maintained and effectively measuredRecruitment and selection of staff across a variety of postsIn conjunction with the Head of HR and two HR Assistants develop and facilitate training programs and workshops for line managers and staff on a variety of HR matters ranging from updates in Employment legislation to appraisal training.The ideal candidate would be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with CIPD qualification and previous experience in an HR Generalist role.
