Description: My client a top global advertising agency, is looking for an HR Advisor to join a newly established HR team. This is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional to contribute and implement their ideas into this reputable company.This full generalist role will see you involved in all facets of HR from appraisal coordination, review and updating of policies, training, benefits and more! Your involvement in project work is high, specifically around talent review and succession planning. Due to the positive company culture, there is not a high weighting of ER issues. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, with a passion for the advertising industry. You will be a self starter, ready to hit the ground running. Strategic-minded with exceptional relationship building skills is desirable. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
