Description: My client a leading international relocation firm who are looking for a HR Advisor to provide specialist HR support to the UK market in relation to recruitment and employee relations as well as providing generalist HR Support to their German Office. This role will involve recruitment and selection, employee relations for the UK but particularly Germany, training, development and compensation for Germany along with any ad hoc duties to help insure the HR department runs smoothly. This role requires a HR Officer with 2/3yrs experience with a background in managing high volumes of recruitment. You will need to be fluent in French or German due to the majority of your position being for their European division, along with a good knowledge of English and French/German employment law.
