The main focus for the UK HR Manager will be:* Facilitate & implement Compensation & Benefits in accordance with UK legislation and company guidelines* Assist and support UK management in people performance processes and UK employment law * Support & assist management in recruitment activities, succession planning & HR admin * Be responsible for company Induction program in the UK * Support the implementation and administration of the Learning & Development program in the UK organisation* Be a member of the EMEA HR team and participate in the development of EMEA HR-projects.Ideally you will meet with the following criteria:* An international and open mindset and good business understanding* University degree, preferably with focus on HR* 3-5 years HR UK experience, preferably in an international company at Management level* Good communication skills, interpersonal and intercultural understanding* CIPD member * Enjoys building and developing a business and service oriented HR function * Enthusiastic, open and independent * Flexible, focused and hardworking* Good team spirit, someone who can balance the entrepreneurial spirit of the company in a challenging but fun working environment Meet the criteria?
