Description: Our client, a market leading retailer, is looking to recruit a capable HR Manager to join their established team.Based from the companies Head Office in Central London, you will be responsible for providing a full generalist service to your region.You will be required to travel to your region on average once a week.Job PurposeDeliver on HR key activities and provide full advisory service to Stores, Head Office and Distribution management on general HR and Recruitment related matters.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations-Manage all employee issues including discipline, performance, grievance, harassment, long term absence cases and ensure all related administration is completed.-Attend hearings for sensitive and management related cases as required to resolve issues/disputes.-Provide information for HR Controller and Employment Law Manager for appeal and tribunal casesRecruitment-To be the first point of contact for all recruitment enquiries within the retail sector giving timely accurate advice and support on recruitment selection and retention.-To co-ordinate and add support to wide scale recruitment. Eg.
