Description: Graduate Resourcing Manager: Human Resources£30,000 to £33,000 plus Excellent Benefits Package Based in Edinburgh Ellis Fairbank HR Division places HR professionals across Scotland.Our client, an international financial services corporation, requires a Graduate Resourcing Manager for their Edinburgh office. Working within the HR function, you must have graduate recruitment experience, ideally on an international level. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the graduate recruitment, selection, and placement processes, delivering a consistent pipeline of high quality graduates. You will demonstrate experience in the above, as well as demonstrated capabilities in: * Spotting trends and future requirements* Sourcing high calibre candidates through tested and innovative means* Running assessment centres * Managing and supporting the graduate induction process* Contributing to the development of a resourcing strategy You will also have an understanding of market research, branding, and competition analysis.
