This superb Compensation and Benefits Manager opportunity is a stand alone position which will allow you to take charge of the remuneration, Benefits, payroll and management Information areas to manage and process improve as you see appropriate. You will be pivotal in: ·Delivery of annual compensation review, including contributing to the compensation strategy·Conducting market benchmark analysis·Managing global payroll for 200 staff globally and identifying ways to streamline this process·Ensuring the global benefits structure is competitive within the market to ensure the company is effectively attracting and retaining quality staff·Managing/ administering global benefits programme, ensuring competitive and timely renewals·Developing business cases as appropriate to implement new benefits·Communicating benefits changes and launches proactively across the company·Producing commercially focussed MI to support the business decision making process·Providing a key relationship between the vendor, IT and Finance Departments to ensure continued development of the System and synergy across the company for MI reportingYou will ideally be coming from a financial services background or have experience of working in a commercial, deadline focussed HR environment. You will certainly be commitment to adding value through delivering commercial, pragmatic and high quality HR support. It is imperative that you have excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy and strong organisational and prioritisation skills. You will possess effective communication skills and an ability to thrive under pressure and autonomously. You will enjoy building and maintaining effective relationships at all levels and it is essential you have a flexible, can-do attitude to support team members when required.
