Our client, a major professional services organisation is looking to recruit an experienced HR officer into their Northampton office.Responsibilities will include:-Advising on the firms HR policies and practices-Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and issues-Managing the recruitment process up to manager level-Managing the Graduate Recruitment programme-Co-ordinate trainees professional exam training-Conduct exit interviews up to manager level-Monitor employee absence and labour turnover-Calculate and co-ordinate the monthly payrolls-Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies-Deputising for the HR manger in her absenceThere will also be an opportunity to get involved in certain ad hoc projects and tasks.The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified; and from a professional service background.You will be a full generalist with experience of using Microsoft packages and conducting recruitment interviews.The position would suit an energetic and enthusiastic individual with good commercial awareness.In exchange you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 and excellent benefits.Please contact Chris Thompson on 01908 440220 or submit your CV to miltonkeynes@wrightsolutionsltd.com quoting 4684.
