A leading investment bank requires a Learning and Development Specialist to join an expanding team. Working with your client base of middle & back office functions, your role will be varied and challenging and you will have responsibility for a wide range of learning & development interventions from high level organisational development projects through to designing and delivering bespoke and tailored solutions to individuals and targeted groups.This role involves the full training cycle as well as managing third party relationships and measuring successes of all training activity. The successful candidate must have past proven experience of designing, developing and evaluating learning activity within a financial services organization.You must be consultative in your approach, able to build solid working relationships and confident working independently and collaboratively where necessary. An appropriate postgraduate qualification will be advantageous to your application.
