Description: HR Business Partner (3 opportunities) - Reading & Paddington up to £65,000pa + Excellent Package Global financial services firm looking to appoint high calibre HR Business Partners either in their Reading or Paddington areas. Your experience will be of the highest HR standard across the broad spectrum of Business Partner activity, looking after a core functional business unit, strategy work involved with Organizational Design, Change Management, Resourcing & Retention, delivering top end HR interventions across the business. You will have strong influential skills to senior manager level and have success in challenging significant issues at senior management level. You will be of graduate calibre and preferably CIPD qualified or equivalent.
