Description: Resourcing Advisor Based in: Croydon Salary: c£32,000 My client, a leading financial services organisation, is currently seeking an experienced Resourcing Advisor to join its busy team in Croydon. Reporting into the Resourcing Manager you will have one Administrator / Temp co-ordinator reporting in. Key responsibilities: - Act as a main point of contact for all permanent recruitment for the UK - Identify and develop new routes to market, reduce cost per hire and reduce time to hire - Manage vacancy life cycle - Manage response and rejection notification, reviewing and screening CV's, scheduling interviews and tracking applicants - Assist with the planning of recruitment channels, including recruitment campaigns such as job fairs, open days, graduate recruitment, summer internships Skills & Experience - Successful track record of Resourcing at organisational level - 2-3 years experience in a mix of in-house and consultancy based work - Detailed knowledge of the insurance and / or Financial Services Sector - Highly articulate individual able to communicate at all levels Capita Resourcing Limited, part of the Capita Group Plc, offers services of an Employment Agency and Employment Business.
