Description: European HR experience essential MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: To use the Policy Networks model policies/handbook in order to develop bespoke HR policies/documentation/handbooks, based upon instruction received from a client, to the clients satisfaction. To complete HR assignments/projects as determined by a client in accordance with agreed assignment/project brief, timescales and cost parameters. To provide HR advice, by phone/fax/e-mail, to clients subscribing to the HR Link service, Policy Network Membership or LiquidHR in compliance with current employment legislation and best practice. To design and implement public or in-house training courses, seminars and workshops on any area of HR activity as agreed by a client or as determined by the companys marketing plan. To contribute to the development of the business by participation in sales and marketing activities/events in line with the companys agreed marketing strategy. To initiate and assist in the completion of regular updates and/or additions to the model policies and handbook provided by the Policy Network to ensure legal compliance and incorporation of best practice. To liaise with clients and international employment lawyers in order to provide HR advice, by phone/fax/email, to clients subscribing to the International HR Link service. Applicants with TUPE experience is desirable, background in a busy HR department
