The Groups employment policies and practices are therefore purposely designed to support and achieve this goal.The model of HR support has changed resulting in the implementation of a team of HR Advisors to support the business. This will involve providing remoteER support and guidance to line managers and employees, and at all times representing the company's approach to resolving ER issues. RESPONSIBILITIESProvide HR advice and ER support to employees and line managers by telephone Work within the company guidelines for levels of HR support Coach line managers in best practice Proficient at interpreting policy and process to support discipline, grievance, harassment, absence and performance management issues. Support the HR Advisor Team Leader as requiredREQUIREMENTSGeneral Sufficient experience to competently provide HR Employee Relations advice to managers and employees," Ideally CIPD qualified, or be working towards qualification Proficient in employment law and ER best practice HR Advisor requirements Good communication skills; written and verbal Confidence in coaching managers Work within a framework of company policy and process Benefits: Company Bonus Scheme Retirement Provisions Opportunity for Career Progression
