Our client is a logistics company based in Milton Keynes who are opening a new warehouse in Cambridgeshire at the end of 2007. They are looking for an interim HR/Recruitment Consultant to manage the recruitment and HR set-up for the new site.
Starting at the beginning of May 2007 you will be based in Milton Keynes and will be responsible for planning and managing the recruitment of around 250 people ranging from management staff to warehouse pickers and packers. From November 2007 you will be required to work on-site at the new location until the opening is complete sometime around the end of December. You will also be expected to liaise with local agencies and set up a PSL for current and future use.
You are likely to have a generalist HR background but also have considerable experience of high volume recruitment, preferably in a logistics environment
