Background
This role requires an experienced Human Resources Manager/Facilities Manager to head this busy multi faceted Human Resources function and drive forward the Human Resources processes, initiatives, policies and strategies in line with the needs of this unique organisation. The second part of this dual role is to head the busy Facilities function to manage all facets of Facilities and Office Services.
Duties
You will be required to implement and develop policies and procedures to support the business, you will also be required to develop the HR team to provide a full generalist service which will include managing escalated employee relations issues, performance management, recruitment and selection and training and development.
The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver with experience of managing a multi-faceted Human Resources function
