Description: I?m offering the opportunity to work for a leading provider of ICT network servers and storage, they not only provide the software and hardware behind these but they also operate as a consulting service for this equipment. They are US based and operate on a pan European scale from the UK head office. The global revenue of over $500 million and over 1500 employees is increasing exponentially. The EMEA HR Director will be leading the deliver of HR across 14 countries in the EMEA and in this region you will act as a Business Partner to all the line managers and senior management. The role will also operate on an operational basis and will need be used to getting their hands dirty. You will be responsible for a small HR team and will have an influence on the global HR strategy. This is ultimately a role that the successful candidate can make their own, you will get the opportunity to grow within this organisation.
