Description:  Our Client has teamed up with our local Health authority and created 3 new posts within a very challenging Environmental area. The project will promote the health benefits of outdoor activities and the enjoyment of the natural environment with a programme designed to ensure the inclusion of marginalised communities and Black and Minority Ethnic groupsIn this role you will: You will develop and manage the programme ensuring that the target groups are actively engaged. You need experience of working within the community health environment and have some knowledge of environmental sustainability issues and an understanding of mental health issues. Excellent communication skills with outstanding organisational and motivational skills are needed.
