You will liaise with other administrative and clerical teams within the organisation to ensure a high quality service. Our Department has an excellent reputation within the hospital and beyond, for its team approach to providing high quality service to our patients.You will need to have NHS/Healthcare experience, including Medical Secretary experience. RSA/NVQ 3 in Secretarial/ Business studies, knowledge of medical terminology and Development/Implementation of office systems.You must be flexible and be prepared to work effectively as part of a team and independently, often with conflicting priorities. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, be able to deal with sensitive and complex situations, excellent organisational skills, able to work under pressure and be able prioritise your workload.
