Description: Our clients are looking for a Senior Information Analyst to take a leading role within the Information and Performance Team to analyse, interpret and present very complex data and informtion to support commissioning and delivery of health care services.You will take responsibility for information management within the organisation, performance data submissions to the Department of Health and Healthcare Commissions.You will work directly with senior clinical and management personnel in developing strategic plans for the provision and development of information analysis. Manage and motivate Information Analysts in the team and encourage professional development.You will have:Degree education or high level in a numerate disciplineIM&T professional qualification or equivalent post graduation educationProject Management skillsAt least four years experience within an information management team for the NHSGood understanding of complex NHS patient health care databasesGood understanding of NHS financial flowsExcellent communication and motivational skills
