Description: Successful Construction company that are a principle contractor for medium to large projects are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to look after the Health and Safety needs of the employees and subcontractors of a number of exciting site projects in the North West.This position is very involved, practical and hands-on with the vast majority of your work being site based in working with projects, operations and site managers to comprehensively advise on health and safety and provide risk assessments, method statements, inspections, audits and write policies and procedures.This is an excellent opportunity for any Health and Safety professional from the construction industry to work for a very forward thinking company that supports health and safety from the management down. All that is asked of you is that you are experienced in the delivery of health and safety advice within construction, have an excellent manner/people skills with a minimum of a NEBOSH Construction/general certificate to apply.STR Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
