Description: Dream Medical currently requires a Head of service for Occupational Therapy within Neuro disability. This is a Permanent position with an immediate start in London. Supported by Clinical Specialists and an Advanced Practitioner the Head of Service will be responsible for 27 WTE specialist qualified, technical and assistant staff in the effective delivery of a wide range of assessment, rehabilitation and long term care services that meet the organisation’s mission to promote independence and safe community integration for the purposes of maximising the quality of life for adults with profound and complex neuro-disability. The post requires the candidate to have experience of managing a similar number of staff within an Occupational Therapy team, have vision for integrated working practice and demonstrate the ability to represent a wider and combined Allied Health Profession agenda.Applicants will only be considered with relevant occupational therapy experience in the UK.
