Due to the rapid expansion and phenomenal success of our Birmingham office, established in 2005, we now have a requirement for Trainee Recruitment Consultants Interviewing Immediately! Recruitment is a very fast paced, competitive industry where no two days are ever the same. You will be canvassing for new business while also working with current clients. Strong client relationships are essential in recruitment, we often take our best clients to concerts and football matches. You will also need to attract job seekers (candidates) by writing/posting adverts and networking with existing candidates. As you can probably tell recruitment is a highly social industry we spend on average 2-3 hours a day on the phone and out on meetings.
