Currently seeking to recruit a Resourcing Operations Manager to provide a first class service across the business. The Role Managing a Resourcing administration team of c17, you will oversee and support the seamless delivery of the recruitment. Key accountabilities will include; ·Lead and manage he delivery of the end-to-end Resourcing administrative processes ·Ensure all KPI's and recruitment management information are delivered in a timely manner ·Monitor and improve the Resourcing admin team in line with best practice and the recruitment strategy This is an exciting opportunity for an internal recruiter to join a dedicated team and add value to this growing organisation. The Person Of graduate calibre with proven Recruitment management experience possessing significant resourcing specialist knowledge covering the end-to-end recruitment processes. In addition, you will ideally have experience and knowledge of recruitment within a large complex organisation.
