Description: This professional finance recruitment organisation is already well-established in 10 major cities in the UK. Continuing its exciting expansion, the company has recently opened an office in Watford and is seeking determined, hard-working and ambitious graduates to train as Recruitment Consultants and to develop business throughout the Hertfordshire area. There are currently 3 distinct teams operating in the temporary Finance and Public Sector markets mirroring the success of other offices throughout the country. You will be given excellent training both on the desk and on a formal training week.This is an exceptional opportunity to play a major part in the growth of a business and successful candidates could be fast-tracked into management roles. You will need to be a graduate from a leading University, ideally with some commercial sales or sales related experience post education. You should be able to demonstrate confidence, credibility, maturity and a keen desire to succeed in the world of business.
