Description: We, SThree Plc. (A successful group of staffing companies) are looking for a confident and articulate individual to join us in our Manchester office to become part of our internal recruitment team.A challenging yet highly enjoyable role where your key responsibility will be advertising for and then interviewing, the future talent for our organisation (sales staff recruitment consultants) through a variety of methods. Full training will be given to the right candidate, so no previous recruitment experience is required.You must be a graduate (or of graduate calibre) with at least 6 months customer service experience, preferably phone based. With strong rapport building skills, and an inquisitive nature as you will spend the majority of your time on the telephone, interviewing candidates, qualifying who is the most suitable to proceed to the next stage of our interview process. You will be rewarded for finding and placing suitable staff within the company through a generous commission scheme, so in you first year you will be looking at earning between £25,000 and £35,000 not bad really!There is NO cold calling involved, as our clients are our managers, however you will be working within a sales environment, so you should thrive on working towards targets and the buzz of achieving your goals /incentives.I think this is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate, to work for a forward thinking, successful and social company.
