Description: Blue Arrow Managed Services provide a complementary labour force to support the production schedules of a prestigious German car manufacturer based in Hams Hall, North Warwickshire.The Successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in a volume CNC Production/Machining area and be used to working to very high tolerances. The ability to understand CNC machine programs. You must understand gauging processes and have a working Knowledge of SPC, understand the importance of Quality and Right First time. You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of Machine setting and Operation, be able to check / change tooling and carry out simple TPM Tasks. Good understanding of Machine sequence logic and the ability to carry out manual operations on machines and recover from fault conditions. You will understand how to read engineering drawings.Be prepared to work in a very flexible manner, be able to work shifts and take on new tasks when trained to do so. The successful candidate will be required to work up to 37 hours a week.The positions are currently for a 4 months period with the strong possibility of an extension after this.
