Description: A project administrator is required for one of our clients based at St Peters, Newcastle. Key responsibilities will be - 1.To carry out any required typing and clerical duties.2.To assist with collating information associated with invoice / documentation retentions.3.To arrange accommodation, conference facilities and lunches for visitors.4.To assist / cover, where possible, Customer requests in the absence of the responsible Project Manager 5.Monitor & update controlling documentation previously prepared by the Project Managers ie: Valve / Spares Production Programmes, Status reports, Valve sub order schedules, Correspondence logs, Action lists, Concession logs, Documentation Retention Status Reports.6.Monitor and control the status of all Project files.7.Assist with arranging and controlling the archiving, microfilming and electronic storage of all completed project files.8.Raise purchase orders for the project department stationary.9.Allocate all Project Files to their respective Managers according to the Master Production Schedule10.Perform a Clerical review and format each purchase order into projectstandardised files11.Arranging flights / accommodation / currency car hire etc for various people /departments12.Updating and distributing some HSE information13.Ensure that you work in a safe manner and comply with the Company’s Health and safety policy
