Description: Our client is a major consumer electronics manufacturer with a product range that allows consumers to enjoy the high-speed online and televisual applications of today and tomorrow. As a result of expansion they currently have a number of exciting opportunities to join their Engineering team based in Perivale,Middlesex. As a Test & Validation Engineer you will design and write test procedures to prove embedded software for both new and updated products.All hardware design, software coding and product manufacture is carried out offshore, you will be ensuring that the New Product Introduction phase runs smoothly before the product goes into manufacture and on to the customer. Candidates will need to be suitably qualified in electronics, be comfortable using test equipment, have knowledge of C++ and an inquisitive mind enjoying problem solving. You will also be working closely with your colleagues both in the UK and US / Asia.
