Description: Service Engineer - CCTV, Alarms, Door Entry & Warden Call Engineer - Scotland An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic engineer in Scotland. The opportunity is for a security systems engineer who will be dealing with equipment placed on commercial premises dealing with Warden Call, CCTV, Intruder &Fire Alarms and Door Entry Systems. Our client is a rapidly growing organisation dealing with large residential and commercial contract across the country. They pride themselves on being a professional organisation that believes in providing excellent customer care. The successful candidate will have a strong electrical and security systems background and will be seeking to move forward within the security systems industry. You will have or be able to demonstrate the following:·Hold 16th Edition qualification or equivalent ·NVQ in Electrical Engineering or equivalent ·Experience with Security Systems such Alarms, CCTV and Door Entry ·Experience working for security systems Installer·Service and Faultfinding experience with Security Systems ·Excellent customer relationship management·Hold a UK driving licence Responsibilities·Responsible for repairing faults on social alarms and Door Access·Installation and servicing of Warden Call systems·Liaising directly with clients on specific problems·Maintaining good customer relationships·Maintain sufficient stocks of spare parts to meet the requirements of your designated area ·Complying to British Standards and Health and Safety requirements at all times·Advice the Area Supervisor of any operational problems·Willing to learn new skills and product knowledge on the jobOur client is a member of BSIA and is approved by NACOSS.
