Description: This technology leader of high performance Electronic System Level (ESL) design solutions is currently looking to recruit an Account Manager EMEAI to join their experienced sales team. Geographical location for this role is flexible as there is the option to be home based, as long as you can travel to their Oxford office once a fortnight. As Account Manager EMEAI you will play an integral role in the continued success of the business and will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the sales. It will involve working both collaboratively and autonomously with a complex technical sales brief interfacing with the likes of developers, testers and customer support engineers. Responsibilities include:- Identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities within the EMEAI region Generating leads, prospecting, qualifying, delivering sales presentations and proposals, to either new or existing customers Driving technical resources to assist in understanding the customer's challenges and needs, developing a solution proposal, evaluating products and closing business Developing long-term business opportunities within territory by creating a close relationship with key executives within the account base The successful applicant will be a sales professional with experience in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) or related semiconductor industry. A knowledge of the complete sales process is important as is the ability to interact at all levels within a customer organisation. An understanding or semiconductor/software design and experience of solution or service sales is preferred. A knowledge of digital electronics, FPCA and ASIC design would be a distinct advantage. This role will involve travel into Europe (approx. 7/8 days per month) and offers a salary of £40-50K, OTE c.£100K + car allowance and benefits.
