Description: TRAINING DEVELOPMENT MANAGEROur client who is very well known, is extremely reputable is eager to now appoint a Training Development Manager to work out of their luxury office location in Rotherham.To further strengthen the Training Team, they are eager to appoint an individual who is able to facilitate the development and implementation of a range of industry based technical and managerial educational and training programmes.The role require close involvement with industrial partnerships, the ability to gain 3rd party support and training providers as and when required.This position is very applicable for some-one who possesses extensive experience of the education and training environment. Be-able to meet and consult with external bodies, organisations etc…Negotiate external training as/when required.Seek any applicable or relevant funding.Manage and evaluate the quality pertaining to course delivery and expectation.This role is ideal for an individual who has worked within a training, education or personal development environment.They must be-able to discuss at interview previous trainings and course role outs they have been involved in.Be a strong communicator at all levels.Our client works Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, they are able to offer an excellent remuneration package, along with a strong working ethos and career progression plan.If you feel you could meet the above criteria – please do not delay email an upto date CV immediately.
