Description: The role involves responsibility for the placement of teachers, classroom assistants and nursery staff on an already well established desk. Working with a committed team who have increased their business by almost 100% in the last 12 months you will find the role a busy, exciting and varied one! By coupling a tenacious approach to business development with a commitment to outstanding service levels for existing client schools and candidates you will take this rapidly growing desk to new levels. Sourcing and interviewing teachers and support staff, visiting schools and assisting overseas teachers with the transition into London are also important parts of the role. As a minimum requirement you will have sales experience, preferably you will have recruitment experience and/or experience in an educational setting. We offer an excellent package which is negotiable depending on experience. The right candidate could expect to earn up to £35K OTE in the first year as well as being eligible to participate in incentive schemes with prizes such as weekends abroad, travel vouchers, adventure days and team dinners.
