Do you have customer service experience and now fancy a part time role of 5 hours a day?orDo you have facilities helpdesk experience and now want to work part time?We have a lovely company based near Oxford Street looking for 2 part time people to join them.You will be receiving calls from tenants, logging the details on to the database, arranging for the correct facility service teams to go to the problem and following up after the problem as been corrected.You will also be responsible for the key management system and ensuring the database is kept updated.You will have day to day dealings with the tenants, facilities and internal staff and therefore need to have a pleasant and confident manner, as well as excellent customer service skills.You also need to be IT literate using Word and Excel.The shifts will be either 8am to 1pm or 1.30pm to 6.30pm
