Description: Export Officer / Import/Export Controller – Radio Communications / Military Communications Equipment – West Sussex - £25-26.5kKey responsibilities in this role will be to ensure the company complies with all applicable national and international export lawsand regulations to protect the company from violation of export control regulations. To provide assistance in obtaining necessary export / import documentation to facilitate the delivery of programmes. Entering new orders via the MRP system, raising Export despatch paperwork via export data base, covering Export Courier documentation (including licence checks), Letter of Credit, Carnet applications & management, Intrastats (Imports and Exports).Assist in the management of export licensing operations and logistics; SIEL / OIEL / OGEL management & applications.The Export Officer should have hands-on import/export experience with an understanding of export controls, attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.£25-26,500In order to comply with EAA regulations candidates will be required to provide an up-to-date CV together with proof of identity and qualifications.
