To build and drive your team of Houseplant and Furniture & BBQ Experts you'll need to enjoy working in a busy environment where your enthusiasm in creating an excellent shopping experience for our customers is foremost in your mind.As a Shop Manager for Wyevale, you will assist the Store Manager in driving store sales and profit and minimising costs, through the efficient and effective management and visual presentation of the Shop within a Garden Centred Department Store. Previous merchandising experience therefore would be ideal. More important however will be your natural ability to lead and motivate people. Attention to detail and the ability to analyse and interpret financial information will be key skills.You will demonstrate sound decision making, problem solving, leading, planning and organising and managing through others will also be an important asset in your success in this role. You are an effective influencer at all levels and will relish the opportunity to build on best practice customer service, making Wyevale the key player in our category.
