Description: A great chance for someone with customer service experience in the telecoms sector to join a really friendly and thriving telecommunications company based on the Kent/Surrey border.You’ll need to be a good communicator as you’ll be talking to business customers and dealers on a daily basis to place orders, order new telephone lines, log WLR faults and carrier faults with the network.You will also be provisioning broadband for customers and liaising with carriers to resolve any problems.As well as an excellent telephone manner you will need to be well organised and confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
