Description: We have just registered an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who has proven experience in dealing with a wide range of customers, has confident presentation skills and excellent relationship building skills. This is a new role which has been created through expansion and would suit a driven, keen and pro-active individual who wants to work for a recognised employer within the IT industry.You will be required to provide effective support to the companies key accounts whilst continually striving to improve service excellence by pro-actively developing relationships and delivering a professional service. Duties will include:Providing a single point of contact for key accounts and developing relationships. Offer support for operational and policy changes, feedback the impact of change to management. Ensuring all issues are dealt with in a timely manner, recording customer issues and details in the database. Ensuring that service to the customer is of the highest standard. Increase service excellence through adding value benefit selling. This role will involve travelling throughout the UK for approximately 3 days a week so a driving licence is essential. Previous experience of working in the IT industry would be an advantage however not essenial.This is an immediate vacancy waiting to be filled, please contact ASAP for further information.
