Description: My client is looking for a coordinator to assist with the requests for mock ups of product examples from clients. This is a customer service role and the ideal candidate needs to have face to face and telephone experience. The role:- To liaise with the Sales team and dealers to take full details of mock up requirements and specification- Enter the orders onto the in-house systems- Liasing with purchasing, operations planning and manufacturing staff to schedule production of the mock up- Expediting mock up and ensuring it is shipped on time- Arranging transport and installationSkill required:- Good IT skills- Strong customer service experience, both face to face and over the phone- Business knowledge- Able to maintain long standing working relationships- Ability to work under pressure- Have a ‘can do’ attitude- Analytical approach to situations
