Description: Our client are a well established company close to Cardiff City Centre. Due to internal promotion, they are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.Responsibilities will include;* Dealing with incoming requests from clients*Maintaining work records*Preparing invoices*Arranging appointments for the external team to visit various council offices in order to gain information* Processing this information in to reports using Word templates*Carrying out various internet based searches*Ensuring that work is carried within agreed timescales*Dealing with telephone enquiries*Carrying out other related administration tasksFor this role we are looking for an individual with;* Previous administration experience* An excellent telephone manner* GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English * The ability to work to deadlines* An excellent telephone manner* The ability to use Word, Excel, Email and the InternetHours of work are on a rotational basis between 8am and 6.30pm, 8am - 4.30pm, 9am - 5.30pm and 10am - 6.30pm.To apply please email your CV to jenny@additions-resourcing.com
